Our Canner Design can hold a lot of jars, if you are a Canner that likes to "double-stack" and fit as much as possible, use our sturdy rack to do so (make sure to place carefully in the canner when using!

1. Place above first layer of jars that are in the Pressure Canner during a processing period.

Be careful and use tongs, etc. when installing the extra rack above your jars.
