Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy for non-sale items, which means you have 90 days after your order is placed to request a return. On-Sale items are not able to be refunded at this time due to limited quantity and demand.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and/or order number from your email.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@denalicanning.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, warranty on products are 1-year, but can be extended based on product for a small fee. 180-Day Free Replacements if there is a product defect. And 365-Day Replacements (minus shipping) if there is a product defect. Please reach out for more information.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that items may never arrive perfect no matter how hard we try to package them due to shipping carriers. Items that are damaged to the extent where they are unusable will be able to go through an expedited return process. Items with cosmetic damage may take longer to process as we have our limited team focused on taking care of the largest issues first. If you receive an item that has minor dings please see if it is able to be used and we may be able to provide you with a coupon or some other sort of reconciliation for the matter, rather than having to charge a fee for a return. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Text Marketing Notifications

By subscribing to Denali Canning text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.

Policy Scope & Product Eligibility
This return, refund, and warranty policy applies only to products currently sold under the Denali Canning brand and purchased directly from Denali Canning or an authorized Denali Canning sales channel.

Products that are discontinued, no longer sold, or previously offered in limited or past product lines are not eligible for returns, refunds, replacements, or warranty coverage under current policies.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us prior to initiating a return.

One-Time-Use Products (Final Sale)

Certain Denali Canning products are designed for single or limited use and are therefore non-returnable and non-warrantied once opened or used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Canning lids

  • Sealing components

  • Any product intended for one-time or consumable use

Once these items are opened or used, they cannot be refunded, replaced, or covered under warranty, as they cannot be safely resold or reused.

Product Confusion & Legacy Equipment Disclaimer

From time to time, customers may reference or inquire about products that are no longer sold, supported, or manufactured by Denali Canning, or products that were previously offered under older product lines.

These products are not covered by current return, refund, or warranty policies.

Denali Canning is not responsible for misunderstandings related to:

Legacy or discontinued products
Third-party products
Products assumed to be covered but not currently sold by Denali Canning

Right to Review & Policy Enforcement

All returns, replacements, and warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Denali Canning.

We reserve the right to:
Deny returns that fall outside policy guidelines
Refuse items sent without prior authorization
Apply restocking fees where applicable
Enforce this policy as written to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers
