This product is made for Fruit Leather making with a Denali Dehydrator.
Features
Dehydrator Fruit Leather Mats are made of 100% food grade silicone, BPA free, safe, non-toxic, non-stick, won't deform when heated, are easy to clean and reusable!
The mats have a raised lip design so that your food stays inside the silicone tray, preventing puree or fruit from coming out. You can place normal dehydrator recipes on these mats as well, but it is recommended primarily for scrumptious fruit leather!
Compatible with The BEAST™ by Denali, and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to 446°F.
These are designed to be used in dehydrators, but can also be used in ovens, and are ideal for making fruit rolls, biscuits, jerky, vegetables, etc.
They measure in at 12 inches × 10.5 inches and work in the Denali Dehydrator perfectly.
