23-Quart Pressure Canner (Induction Compatible)
Easy to use & deserves 10 stars
"I debated for months which pressure canner to purchase after my old one bit the dust. I wanted to make sure that my glass stove top would handle the canner and decided that the Denali 23 quart would be the best option. I was not disappointed. This canner is amazing. It is light weight and easy to use. Place the required weight on the lid, fill the canner with the appropriate amount of water along with your jars that have been properly filled and the 2 piece lids adjusted, close the lid, turn on the burner to medium heat (I did have the water pre-heated because the jars of food were hot), and wait for the weight to start jiggling, then turn down the heat to low. It's that simple. You don't have to sit and wait for steam to start venting and then wait another 10 minutes; it does it automatically. All you have to do now is set your timer and do whatever you need to while the canner does the work. The canning lids are well made, too. I was able to can 9 jars of carrots one day, and 22 jars of broth the next day without any issues. I highly recommend the Denali canner and products. "So far everything looks wonderful, I had some confusion with the weight..it comes with both the10lb and 15lb...but it's the nozzle on the lid that determines the weight not the weight itself...smaller hole 15lb larger hole 10lb...mine came with 2 black weights, that's why I was confused...I called customer service,and I had figured it out before someone answered, so I hung up so I didn't look silly....but the service representative ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK!!!🤯🤯🤯...I have never had such great customer service 😀" (Reviewed by Blue Cat Couple Missouri)

"Comes with a step by step manual and an awesome recipe book! Has 8 racks and is quiet when running and easy to clean. Comes with a silicone type cover for each rack. On the bottom is a silicone solid drip liner with raised edges to catch the juices and grease that drip, which helps tremendously with clean up. Works by a touch screen to set the temperature and timer. Also has a light for viewing while cooking. Most recipes take 6 hrs to process at 167. I made dog treats and they turned out perfect." "These canning lids worked great. I ordered them to can some plum jam from a big bunch of plums someone gave me. I used a water bath canner. These lids worked great. I checked the lids by tapping on them after the jars had cooled, and all of them sealed. I also tried turning the jars upside down just to make sure they sealed, and they all held. These are a great value for the price. You get a huge number of lids in this pack. I also like that the lids have a pre-printed spot on the top where you can write the date of your canned food. I have tried out quite a few off-brand lids, and there are usually quite a few lids that won’t seal. However, all the Denali brand ones that I tried worked perfectly. Superior quality compared to name brand!
98% seal rate guarantee, transparent & honest company... I've tried other brand lids, but they can't compete with name brands that are tried and true like Ball! Well that has changed! These are identical to ball and Kerr lids! The quality is amazing! The rubber around the rim is thick and all measurements are good. There is a space for dating your jars which I happen to like. This was really nice to get them in a 5 pack as well. There was a time a few years back I wasn't able find lids in my area so I am super happy to have a 5 pack!" (Reviewed by Anna P.)
