Processing method: Food Dehydrator
Processing time: 6-12 hours (Depending on thickness of Cauliflower)

Ingredients
-
Food Dehydrator
1 Head Cauliflower
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tsp smoked cayenne
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
3 Tbsp coconut oil
4 Tbsp hot sauce
Directions
- Wash cauliflower & cut into small florets about 1 inch each (slightly larger than popcorn).
Place them in a large bowl, sprinkle on oil, and nicely coat them with all the seasonings (stirring gently). Avoid using too much oil or the food will remain soggy!
Spread the mixture out onto a couple dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 6-12 hours at 130 degrees F. Check on them every 3 hours and rotate trays (bottom trays dry quicker). You can cook them to your liking, if they are not completely dried, they will be chewier. Drying all the way through will result in crunchier “popcorn”.
When finished, wait until they completely cool & store in airtight bags until ready to eat!
