Ingredients
- Denali Lids
- Denali Rings
- Fresh Corn
- Jalapeños
- Red Onion
- Cilantro
- Limes
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Dried Red Chilies (chili flakes)
Directions
Wash and chop your cilantro, red onions, and jalapenos. Also cut the corn off the cob, this can get a little messy so make sure you do it at a good location.
Add everything to a bowl with red chili flakes, pepper and lime juice. Mix them together and move into your jar.
Next get your vinegar, salt, and sugar into a small pot and bring to a boil with ¾ cup of water. Pour the liquid into your already filled jar and seal with your Denali lids and rings.
Let the jar cool down. Then put it in the refrigerator for storage up to 1 month.
