Directions
Get your blueberries under a sink and swish them around to wash off any dirt. Remove any stems that might be still attached. Then put them into a strainer over the sink to drain.
After that prepare your jars, make sure they are clean and keep them hot. Pack your blueberries into the jars leaving ½ inch of headspace.
Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and lemon juice. Slowly bring to a boil while stirring to help the sugar dissolve. Once it bubbles, remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then pour the syrup over the berries keeping the ½ inch headspace. Wipe the rims clean and seal with your Denali lids and rings. Fingertip tight.
In a boiling water bath canner, process for 15 minutes for pints, and 20 minutes for quarts. (Adjust for altitude)
Finally remove your jars and let them cool off. Check the seals and store away!
